Recipe: Cabbage and Peach Slaw

2 tb Light mayonnaise

1 tb Cider vinegar

2 ts Dijon mustard
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper

------------------------------------SLAW------------------------------------

4 c Shredded green cabbage

1 lg Peach, diced

Whisk dressing ingredients in a serving bowl until blended. Stir in cabbage
and peach. Chill and serve.
