Recipe: Russian Tea Mix

1 1/4 c Orange breakfast drink
2/3 c Instant tea with sugar and
-lemon
1 ts Ground cloves
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ts Ground allspice
1/4 ts Grated lemon rind
1/4 ts Grated orange rind
Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Store mix in an airtight container
To serve, place 3 to 4 teaspoons mix in a cup. Add 1 cup boilin water, and
hand to stir up when guests drop in during the winter. It's a tasty
warmer-upper, and it makes your kitchen smell good, too. For a thoughtful
